The Tokyo60 Keyboard Kit V4, designed by Tokyo Keyboard, brings a sleek, minimalistic look to the 60% layout with Japanese-inspired craftsmanship. This Season 4 model introduces two new case colors, a return of the black-on-gray keycap set from Season 2, and the coral Fn key from Season 3, adding subtle character to its HHKB-style design. Made from two pieces of 6000-series aluminum with a 5-degree typing angle, the Tokyo60 combines ergonomic comfort with durability, further enhanced by an integrated plate for extra stability.
Equipped with hot-swap sockets, the Tokyo60 allows users to change switches without soldering, offering flexibility to explore different switch types easily. The board is fully programmable via QMK firmware, enabling customized layouts and macros, and includes RGB underglow for added style. The optional acrylic diffuser enhances lighting effects, with the option to place it on the bottom or sandwiched between the aluminum layers.
