The Kinesis Advantage360 SmartSet is a fully split ergonomic keyboard designed to deliver ultimate comfort and adjustability. Featuring Kinesis's patented contoured design, this keyboard offers customizable ergonomic support by allowing each module to be split, splayed, and tented, helping to reduce strain on the hands, wrists, and forearms. Available with either tactile Gateron Brown switches or quieter Kailh Box Pink switches, the Advantage360 SmartSet caters to both feedback preference and noise reduction.
The Advantage360 SmartSet utilizes the SmartSet Programming Engine, providing onboard customization options, including one-touch macros and key remapping. The SmartSet App (for Windows and Mac) expands functionality by allowing users to customize each of the nine profiles, each supporting up to five programmable layers for a highly personalized experience.
Ergonomic features include concave keywells that reduce finger extension, split keywells positioned at shoulder-width for proper arm alignment, and a tented design that tilts the keywells at three adjustable angles, promoting a more neutral “handshake” wrist posture. The integrated palm supports, along with optional premium pads, provide resting comfort for hands when not typing, and the thumb clusters handle frequent keys like Enter and Space, redistributing strain to stronger thumbs.
Compact despite its advanced ergonomic layout, the Advantage360 SmartSet omits the numeric keypad, reducing overreach and allowing the mouse to stay closer to the body. Functional keys are embedded in the number row and accessed via the Fn key, enhancing portability and convenience for power users who require efficiency and ergonomics in one device.
